Shipping options and delivery times

We offer standard shipping for €9.50, and we cover the rest of the cost. Please allow 7-15 days for your items to arrive for EU orders. A tracking number will be sent to your email.

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €300.

Easy returns and exchanges

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, either to our physical store in Malta or via post with return shipping paid by the customer. Once the item arrives in good condition, with all labels intact and attached, we will issue a credit note valid for 1 year. For assistance, please click on "Contact us" and send us an email with your order number. For hygiene reasons; earings, underwear & tights are not exchangeable.

International shipping and customs

My Emilynn Fashion Outlet ships worldwide. As we are based in Europe, orders shipped within Europe do not incur any customs fees. Orders shipped to third countries will be subject to customs fees upon reception.

Product Quality

My Emilynn shall make all endeavours to deliver high quality, defect free products to the purchasers. All products are quality checked before shipping.  Should there be any defective item, or damaged goods received shall be communicated to My Emilynn within 48 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered. Any items purposely damaged will be investigated. My Emilynn holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued.

Order Cancellations by My Emilynn

Due to unavoidable circumstances there may be times when certain orders having been validly placed may not be processed or capable of being dispatched. My Emilynn reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/ debit card/ any other mode of payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed into your Account/ as the case may be to the source of the payment within a period of 30 working days. Any type of voucher used in these orders shall be returned and made available to the user in case of cancellation by My Emilynn

Important notes for a smooth experience

Small orders are shipped via Maltapost Registered Post, while larger orders are handled by Express courier companies. Both types of orders are safely tracked.
